The National Shag Dance
Championship Dance Team

The National Shag Dance Championship Dance Team is a group of 4 to 6 couples who perform synchronized shag dance routines. The NSDC chooses new team members each year from current and past NSDC champions and finalists to represent the NSDC at various performances across the USA. Over the years the NSDC Dance Team has performed on TV, at NBA Games, and at events in NYC, Boston, California, and countless other locales.
